Jessica’s Entry:

It’s hard to fit all the reasons I love St. Louis into this box, or a two minute video. Let’s start with how it’s the smallest big city.

Neighborhoods are within a reasonable distance of each other, making it easy to get around. Each neighborhood has distinct characteristics that set them apart from one another.

It’s almost impossible to not run into someone you know while out and about. You could probably play the 6 degrees of anyone living in STL and it would link to you in one way or another!

There is so much to do in the city. One of the best parts about St. Louis is the relatively low price of attractions – a good chunk of them are even free! America’s best free zoo? Yep, we’ve got it! Art museums, conservatories, botanical gardens – all free.

And let’s not forget about the food. It does not matter what you’re in the mood for – St. Louis probably has it. As somewhat of a pizza connoisseur, I love that STL has the St. Louis original thin crust, deep dish, hand tossed, jersey style & wood oven fired all within the city limits!

St. Louis is a fantastic place to live. I think a lot of people miss out on what the city has to offer because they don’t know where to find information about events – or they look at places like the City Museum and think it’s too ‘touristy’. I’d love the chance to show current and future residents the St. Louis that I know and love!
